Kayıtsız Kullanıcı bildirdi: "Kafkasya Tarih ve Politika Arşivi bir başarıya daha imza attı. Gürcü hükümetinin 1914 - 1958 arası döneme ait önemli belgelerinin bulunduğu arşivin indeksinde yer alan çok önemli bazı belgelere ulaşarak, toplam 206 adet microfilm rulosu halinde muhafaza edilmekte olan bu belgelerin içinden kopyası alınabilecek kalitede olanlarının sayfa sayfa fotokopilerini çok zor koşullarda elde ederek, arşivimize kazandırdık. Belgelerin orjinalleri Tiflis'deki Gürcüstan devlet arşivinde yer almakta ama edindiğimiz b! ilgiye göre araştırmacıların kullanımına açılmamaktadır. Arşivimiz bu belgeleri sürgündeki Gürcüstan Hükümeti'nin 1974 yılında Harvard Universitesine otuz yıllığına ödünç verdiği ve 1997 yılında yeni Gürcüstan Cumhuriyeti' ne iade edilen kopyaların arasından seçti. Belge seçiminde özellikle belgelerin sadece Gürcü devletini ilgilendirenlerini değil, aynı zamanda Kafkasya Konfederasyonu ve Promete Birliği ile de ilgili olmasına özen gösterildi.
Belgelerin taranmasına ve elektronik ortamda üyelerimizin kullanımına açılmasına çok kısa bir sürede başlanacaktır. Dönemin diplomasi ve uluslararası iletişim dili olan Fransızca tanzim edilmiş belgelerin İnglizce tanzim edilmiş indeksi rulo numarası ve belge içeriği ile dökümü aşağıda belirtilmiştir. Belgelerin tümünün ele! ktronik ortama taşınması ve yayınlanmaya başlamasından önce anılan belgeleri araştırmalarında kullanmak isteyebilecek üyelerimiz arşivimiz Kurucu - Başkanı Sn.Cem Kumuk ile e-posta yoluyla
